In that end, I've assembled a FAQ below, that will hopefully prove useful to you too. 

Note:
I had to rush a bit getting the data out of the old FAQs and into this new Ajax based solution, and things shifted in transit, and some formatting issues/ajax timeouts have shown up.

With my work schedule, I suspect it will take most of 2011 Q1 to get them all ironed out.

In the meantime, you'll have to bear with taking the chaff with the wheat....
